Ordering online will be faster and easier, and you will receive the discount shown. There is less chance for errors or miscommunications when you order online. We realize that some customers still want to order by phone, so we still take orders the "old fashion way" if you prefer. Before calling our toll free number, please be aware that:

Phone calls are accepted for immediate orders only. We only except phone calls for definite orders of items that are on our website. Please have the item # and your credit card ready when you call. All requests for quotes, samples, items not on our website and other pre-ordering information is handled by our email request form and answered promptly, usually within minutes. We take orders by phone on Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM Eastern Time. For after hours ordering, please order online.

Before you call, please have your imprint information, and logo (if you have one) ready to email us when instructed during the call. You will need to be at your computer to do this when you call, as we will check your imprint while you are on the phone so your order can be completed. Please do not call unless you have this information ready to email to us.

HOW DO WE DO IT AT THIS LOW PRICE ? ? ? ?

It is simple-Your on-line order is transmitted direct to our factory art department which typesets the item. Your items are made and shipped. There is no human intervention in the ordering process (except when imprinting your logo, if are using one on the imprint), and no extra costs. ( Don't worry - your imprint is reviewed by the factory art department to determine the best font, centering, etc to make your products look great!) All orders must be prepaid, we do not offer credit. We do not accept purchase orders unless accompanied by a check.

You must order on-line using a credit card if you have. If you want to pay by check, indicate below, however your order will not be processed until we receive your check. Your imprint is limited to the number of lines, characters and spaces shown in the description of each item. Your type will be set for best effect.

Overruns/Underruns
Please note, according to normal trade practice, your order can be short or over by up to 5% of the total quantity ordered. Your credit card will be charged/credited for this at the time of shipment.

Shipping
Shipping is additional. Your order will be shipped by the most cost effective method, usually UPS ground.

If you are having a logo imprinted
There is an additional charge of $25.00 to print or engrave it on your product. The imprint area for each product is shown. You must submit your logo, and any wording (names, addresses, etc) in a file that is sized for the imprint area on the product, if you are able to supply one.. The file must be submitted as a vector EPS file, Illustrator 9 or below, fonts converted to curves/outlines. We can typeset if needed. If you are unable to supply your logo in the proper format above, art charges will apply. To order an item with a logo imprinted, please upload your logo below.

IMPRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND LOGO UPLOAD:

If you are having a logo imprinted, there is an additional charge of $25.00 to print or engrave it on your product. The imprint area for each product is shown. I understand that If my art is not supplied in the proper format above, that it will have to be fixed by a professional graphic artist in order for it to print sharp. I agree that I may be changed an art charge of $ 25.00 to fix a one color art or logo, and $ 50.00 to fix a two color art or logo. without any advance notice. If the art charge exceeds this, I will be notified before the order is processed. I agree to this.
